A more affordable introduction to advanced training techniques! This
is fantastic for people who like the camaraderie and mutual support
that comes from working in a group. Each group member receives:

- Food Journal Book
- E-mail and phone support
- Recipe Book (plus occasional samples from my kitchen!)
