INTRODUCTORY ONE ON ONE TRIAL OFFER – A one hour consultation with all measurements and fitness testing recorded and two 45 minute training sessions

ONE ON ONE TRAINING

Two 45 minute resistance sessions for 12 weeks is all that is needed for anyone to get in the best shape of their life. The Hart body system is a time efficient way to lose fat and build muscle. It also includes carefully thought out nutrition coaching plan and six meals a day with recipes.

10 sessions $675.00  Single sessions $75.00 ( 1 hour monthy updates or single trial session)

25 sessions $63.00 each

SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

One trainer with 2-3 clients

These semi private sessions are a perfecto combination of fast paced circuit training, plyometrics, free weight exercises, functional balance training, aerobic work, muscle hypertrophy and stretching for recovery.

$35.00 for two people

$30.00 for three people

GROUP PROGRAMS

I run a number of 4-6-8-12 week programs for larger groups of four or more. Each of these is designed with a specific goal in mind. It’s the most affordable option for getting into the best shape of your life.

For example a popular six week program is the “AB LAB” – an exercise and eating plan designed to bring back your abs and flatten your stomach

I also have the 8 week miracle plan, Pimetime Boot camp for older adults , the 4 week jumpstart and 12 week makeover

These all vary in price but generally run about $60 to $70 per week. There are usually 2-3 classes held each week.

Private nutrition coaching /Group nutrition support Squads

This focuses on how to eat for health, fat loss, better energy and the real life strategies and time management needed to make it happen.

After an initial consultation we meet once a week to review your food journal and discuss your best strategies for eating well. Psychological, emotional, career and situational problems are addressed.

You receive:

Jim Can train you no matter where you live. He has trained people from all over the world with web based programs

Jim will first interview you to create your individualized plan that fits with your lifestyle and time issues. Once the program is in your hands all your questions and additional support will be given so you know exactly what to eat and how to exercise using resistance training and interval cardio.

The average client loses 20 pounds and 4-6 inches off their waist when they follow this program.
